Our mission
We exist to provide professional athletes and sporting organisations with the expert knowledge needed to create inclusive and welcoming environments. Annie's sporting history spans equestrian eventing and competing in Ironman triathlons. As a former physiologist, she specialised in preparing athletes to perform in extreme environments, focusing on their physical readiness.
Today, Annie is a qualified sports agent, recently adding her RFU certification to represent rugby players too. As a neurodivergent individual, Annie brings a unique perspective, excelling in communication and creating optimised environments for all.

As advocates for inclusivity, we specialise in creating environments where every athlete can thrive, with particular expertise in supporting neurodivergent and underrepresented individuals.

We have 2 core services for sports organisations and events. Firstly venue consulting. We consult with sporting events and organisations to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for all participants. Our expertise includes advising on best practices to create welcoming environments for neurodivergent, disabled, and LGBTQ+ attendees. From accessibility audits to tailored recommendations, we help organisations enhance their events by fostering inclusive experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
Secondly social innovation campaigns. We develop compelling narratives, capturing engaging content, and delivering campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. With a focus on inclusivity and innovation, we ensure that every message celebrates diversity and drives awareness around key social issues, including neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ inclusion.
